By using this website or the SOMI Creative partner platform, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

Partner accounts are granted to businesses, not consumers. We review every application and may decline or close an account at our discretion, including where traffic quality or compliance obligations are not met.

Partners must send only traffic they are authorised to send, comply with the restrictions attached to each offer, and follow applicable advertising and data-protection law in the territories they operate in. Incentivised, misrepresented or bot-generated traffic is not permitted.

Conversions are recorded through our tracking platform, and our records are the reference point for settlement. Conversions found to be fraudulent, duplicated or reversed by the advertiser may be adjusted before payout. We will provide the reason for any adjustment on request.

Publisher payouts are issued on the terms agreed in your partner agreement, subject to any minimum threshold and to the completion of fraud screening. Advertiser invoices are payable on the terms set out in the relevant insertion order.

Creative assets, tracking links and platform materials remain the property of SOMI Creative or the relevant advertiser. They may be used only for the campaigns they were issued for, and only while those campaigns are live.

Payout rates, offer terms and performance data shared through the platform are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

We provide the platform on a reasonable-efforts basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular level of campaign performance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts payable under the relevant campaign.

We may update these terms as our services change. Material changes will be notified to active partners, and continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
